I used to be the go-to guy for remote IT help and support, relying on TeamViewer to connect me with those in need of assistance. Most of my sessions were free, a labor of love aimed at helping others troubleshoot their tech woes without breaking the bank.

However, it wasn’t meant to last. TeamViewer eventually banned my desktop PC due to excessive usage – I’d guess we’re talking about hundreds of remote sessions! Whoops, I may have gotten a bit carried away with helping people in need. 😅

I thought, “No worries, let me switch to AnyDesk!” And so, I did. But, surprise, surprise – the same thing happened again. My AnyDesk desktop PC got banned for similar reasons. Okay, okay, I get it. I might have been using these remote access tools a tad too much… 🤯

A New Laptop, A Fresh Start. But here’s the thing: I couldn’t give up on helping people. I invested in a new laptop, hoping that this time around, I could make my remote help and support services last a bit longer.

And then, I stumbled upon this screenshot… 😊 It’s a reminder of all the amazing work we’ve done together, despite the occasional setbacks. The faces, names, and IT issues might vary, but one thing remains constant – my passion for helping others overcome their tech challenges.

This screenshot represents just a small fraction of the many people I’ve helped with various types of IT issues remotely using AnyDesk. There’s no greater joy than seeing a problem solved and knowing that I made a positive impact on someone’s life.

So, here’s to a new chapter in my remote help journey! I’m excited to see what the future holds, and I hope this time around, my laptop will last long enough for me to continue helping those in need. Fingers crossed!
